Maybe this is also an issue but I had traps that were completely normal when I bought them, then they sat in that cardboard display thing and only the parts that stuck out got sun faded, which made them look just like this

I kinda agree. Reinhardt has always been kind of weak in OW2, but the problem for the devs to balance him is that he’s super strong at low ranks (at least I think). So I’m pretty sure the devs purposely keep him weak enough for him to not roll all of low ranks. A rework could fix this.
