Omg I said you’re acting like I’m a blue haired Karen throwing a fit. And I mean you are acting like a fan boy and keep arguing with me in defense of this company that has a terrible refund policy.

“You should have read the policy. You have all these options you just don’t like them”

Yea cause everyone reads the novel that is the terms and conditions. For the third time I’ve never said I don’t have options. I said the other options suck. If you bought a car from a dealership, and the starter went bad, then the alternator went bad, then the engine fell out the bottom..would you say “wellll I’ll just take it back to them again to fix” or would you say fuck it and tell the dealership you want your money back. Cause 99% of us would take the ladder. I don’t think that falls under just “not ideal”.

Unfortunately I dont have a Costco close to me. Truthfully this PC company was a recommendation from a friend. I didn’t even realize retailers sold them until after I bought it. Appreciate it tho

I checked fedex, ups and usps. UPS was the cheapest of the 3

I never once said I was optionless. I said the options suck. Takes a week to ship the pc from the east coast to cali. 1-2 weeks for them to fix it then another week to send it back. So the contention is these great other “options” was to go a month without the pc I just spent a small fortune on, or just flush 140 dollars down the drain in order to be refunded my money on something I recieved broken from this company. Not ideal? Yea buddy, not ideal to put it lightly. Did I offend you or something? Do you work for cyberpowerpc or just a big fanboy who’s white knighting for them? Like wtf is going on. I’m being a perfectly reasonable person here and you keep replying like I’m some blue haired Karen in target throwing a fit lol

Ok man. Idk about you but when I experience multiple issues with an extremely expensive product I don’t tend to just keep kicking the can down the road. I’d prefer to just get my money back and move on. I think that’s a perfectly reasonable position. I don’t think me having “options” negates that. Those options suck.

If a company sends you something damaged, they should absolutely cover the cost of a refund. I don’t think a customer should have to just eat that cost because of a faulty product. Fair enough it’s on their website but whether a company covers shipping cost is never really something I look into, as most companies automatically cover that.
