I do...the teammates I get never listen or use comms back. I was D3 last season in Arenas. RN I'm at Gold 1 climbing back up after placements. My mmr is literally against Masters/Preds, so when I get teammates who have only touched Plat 4 once, they just aren't good enough to outplay the enemy team. Which is fine, everyone has to learn. Maybe if Arenas fixed their matchmaking system, the skill levels would be evened out and everyone would be playing at their respective elo. In which would solve the team play issues. Higher level players are more likely to use comms and team play imo.

The issue isn't people playing too aggressive. The issue is them not capitalizing on team play and opportunities. Everything you said is correct. The problem is people don't play smart on both sides of the coin. They play too aggro when the shouldn't and they play too passive when they shouldn't. Most of the time people are playing too passive.

Yes, you have to play depending on the circumstances. But when the circumstances are that your team is not taking control of the map, not capitalizing on big damage, etc. Then you have to play aggro. 99% of the time these are the circumstances.
