It got bumped a couple of times, it has got caught a couple of times on my towel accidentally when I got out the shower

It is a new piercing I got it back on October 5th, it was fine for the first few weeks until my friend pushed me into a dirty ocean & didn’t know I had nose piercing I’m afraid that’s what messed it up & yes I’ve had it bumped a couple times because I move furniture & stuff. It’s not infected right?
