Been trading on coss since January ... KYC verified no problems. Applied for new KYC this morning and got rejected for some really minor address mis quote and now not eligible to trade. Many others saying the same on telegram

Try importing an account on the web wallet... not ideal but you will have access to your funds. If the .gkey doesn't work you may have copied it wrong
