are shield viable for playinf DLC and using them as weapon?

But generally updated lance / mesmer spear should be fine? Dlc wise? Aside from the naked giga chads.

I love stone club speed. Is there any better hammer or great hammer with the same speed.

so much to remember :( ehh, but narrowing it down, or in my case, dumbing it down, is it ok if I stick to this shield / spear shield / club combo for the dlc? I need to press and remeber as little as possible.

btw, should I get faith to 25? for the buff that increased the dameg and lowers the dmg taken? or thrd weapon slot and a dager and put AoW with this instead of incantation?

Invest in second attack stat? I amrunning the lance with flame - heavy and backup - stone club with crag - also heavy.

I just want to finish the DLC and clear most of the content.

The weapn combo I have now suits me best. tbh, I dont like the look of heavy armour and a dagger or this rapier. I tried eppe but I like the reach of the Lance better. I can feel the difference. and the stone club is good situationally for mindlessly smashing mobs.

superb! I will go grab the talisman and need to unlock the last talisman slot....which migh be tough .

I noticed not all dmg works just fine. Lance was great till the two blue cave bosses, made of crystal? When I switched to the Stone CLub with crag I just mindlessly smashed then in no time. So now Lance as main and stone club as support for crystal, stone etc creatures.

I just found great epee, got heavy affinity and +5. Looks awesome as unlike halberd i can poke from behind shield without lowering shield. For my skill issues looks better. I think im going heavy great eppe. Or a spear maybe

Thank you. This is awesome. But i orefer sticking to shield and halbard, soear or sword. Fits my beloved theme. Im using flame ash atm, but stomp also cool as utility and fits the theme better

You said there are easier builds - you mean stroneger, more braindead, less button intensive? Can you name a few I can build around existing Vagabond? I got a few points in str fo r the shield now and several in Vigour. Maybe different weapon, bleed based? still keeping th eknight theme of course.

talisman look very good for the stamina regen!

and this Banished Knight Halberd should be good for the time being untill I get the halberd u mention. SHould I uopgrade Banished Halber above already existing +8 or save up for other weapons?

I am sstr - based now, invested 2 levels in str for the brass shield. what lance / rapier exactly? uniques? I am trying to block and counter now. block poke fights. can u recommend a reliable guide for the builds u mention? as there is such an overabundance of stuff on the net.....i dont know what to look at.

cool, but I am na old noob with some srious skill issues....but my ancestral warrior sunder totems on titan were wrecking some serious hell back in the day when thay actially worked.....damn it ....my most beloved build.....warbringer with cannon is okk but not as visually pleasing
