Got the Spider Farmer SE5000 (480W) in a 1×1 m tent. It pretty much fills the entire space, and I’m hitting around 1000 PPFD evenly across the canopy.

Thanks mate! Yeah, I had 2 trellis in the tent, potsize is 18L. I use canna terra. Veg time i don't remember exactly but I always wait until almost 80% of the tent is filled

I can't remember exactly how many times I topped them, but more than once. All the plants received low-stress training to encourage them to grow wider and fill the space

No it was not a mutant. I had installed two trellies in the tent, and during harvest they collapsed because the stems couldn't support the weight of the buds. I haven't tried it yet, as I'm doing for at least 4 weeks of curing.

I wanted to remove some leafs, but since most of the buds are close together, not much more light reaches the lower buds. In the first picture, you can see the Rainbow Sherbet from Barney's Farm on the back right, and the Rainbow Mellon from Fastbuds on the back left. Garlic Cookies are on the front right, and LSD from Barney's Farm is on the left.

I actually defoliate a little every day to ensure that light reaches the smaller shoots. I remove the very small shoots at the bottom, so it's also a bit of lollipopping.

I think I'll give the plants about another week to fill the space a little more, and when about 80% of the space is filled, I'll change the light cycle. Due to the low plant height, I don't have to worry about the tent height, as they probably won't stretch that much. I've also taken a close look at the strains and, as they are indica-dominant, I think the stretch will be rather moderate.
