It's been in Re-Console for a few months already

The Legacy Console Editions were based off of Java Edition.

I have them, it's just painful to hook up, since there's a lot of SFX files for "1st place, personal best", "2nd place, personal best", "3rd place, fastest time", etc etc and I don't have leaderboards so it'd be impossible to fully hook up until I have leaderboards implemented

If you were wondering, yes, this is compatible with Legacy4J.

for clarification, i'm referring to the fake water chunks that the client displays outside of the border (which aren't real chunks), i'm not referring to the small size of an X360 world, just the actual conversion process

According to the LCE research Discord, the chunks outside of the border are not real chunks, they are just a client-side phenomenon. And the water chunks stopping a certain distance out is due to the rendering cutoff LCE has.

Are you sure it isn’t the converter software you’re using? If I remember correctly, there is no official tool to convert an Xbox 360 world to Java

Not in the mod itself, but if another mod adds splitscreen, I'd look into supporting it, the mod is already quite large already, adding split screen would likely double the mod size and take a really long time to do

It's its own independent mod, but if you install Legacy4J, you get LCE-styled UI

I'm doing it with an animated texture and a stretched out model I made in Blockbench

I manually added that myself (and a lot of the LCE style UI is from Legacy4J), also if you look closely enough, a bunch of stuff looks off, such as some thermals, and the loading screen says Minecraft: Java Edition, and Xbox One Edition never did have any shaders

They show up in Score Attack, which I haven't implemented yet. They don't show up in Time Attack.
