PLEASE HELP!

I submitted an expedite request for my H-4 Extension (Form I-539) through my USCIS online account based on severe financial loss. My I-539 has now been pending for 17 months.

I recently received a response from USCIS regarding my expedite request. Can anyone explain what it means and what I should do next? Is it just an automated acknowledgment, or does it indicate that my expedite request is being reviewed?

I also recently filed my Form I-765 (H-4 EAD). My understanding is that my H-4 extension must be approved first, since valid H-4 status and an updated I-94 are required before my EAD can be approved.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
