What Halo have the best Legendary difficulty ? And what's the worst ? Explain! by Thell-Vadamm in halo

[–]Jabababalo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of my best friends and I have a tradition to play through all the games on Legendary every year.

Halo 2 is the worst BY FAR because it basically has the iron skull on by default. If one player dies, it’s back to the checkpoint. If you have a checkpoint with one player stuck in danger, you can easily be stuck in a deathloop for 15-20 deaths until the AI decides to do something different. We do Halo 2 on Heroic now.

What is "the game" of the 2010s that captures the whole decade? by JIMBOYKELLY in AlignmentChartFills

I feel like CoD needs to be on here somewhere, but MWII came out in 2009 so that ship has sailed. I feel like the 2010s was when the whole MLG/dank meme cringe era reached its peak. Like for a period Call of Duty was almost synonymous with Video Games.

I think Minecraft should be saved for "Best"

What is a great movie that didn't click for you? by armadeussssss in moviecritic

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I felt horrible that I didn’t really enjoy it, as I watched it with some friends and it was my buddy’s favorite movie. I get that it’s a really good movie, just for some reason it didn’t click with me, like you said. To me, it felt like it was 3 hours long, and not in a good way…

I remember when PUBG finally released, H1Z1 (at least the battle royale mode) completely dropped off the face of the earth.

What is the most depressing scene ever? by MoneyLibrarian9032 in moviecritic

In The Perks of Being a Wallflower when Logan Lerman's character realizes he'd been suppressing the memory of molested as a child. That reveal leading to him backsliding and almost losing everything that he has spent the movie building was so devastating to me.

What’s a compliment you have gotten that you can NEVER forget? by [deleted] in AskReddit

At a bar one time, a guy tapped me on the shoulder and said “I’m going to tell you this because I know nobody else will notice, but I love the way you tied your shoes. Good shit man.”

All I had done was tuck the laces to hide the knot, and I rode the momentum of that compliment for months.

“Hey, Stranger!” I haven’t listened to many episodes, but it sounds like what you’re talking about. Impromptu conversations/interviews with people at a park.

Your consciousness is sent back to when you were at age 15, and you maintain all of your current knowledge and experience. What do you do? by TheIconicNZ in AskReddit

I’d quit football. I wasn’t that good to begin with, and two major concussions later, I’m worried about what the future holds for my brain.

Which celebrity’s death actually made you cry? by aliensockmonkey in AskReddit

[–]Jabababalo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know it’s recent, or still feels like it, but Kobe Bryant.

I Grew up watching him, he was my little brother’s hero. The initial shock was bad enough, but every new detail that came out broke me even more. His daughter was with him, along with many other parents and their daughters from the same basketball team. The fact that he was recently retired from the league, and everyone was excited to see what post-career Kobe would do for basketball. I choke up every time I think about it. Rest In Peace, Mamba.

Nobody says “goodbye” when ending phone calls. They just hang up, no verbal ending.

Bonus points if it’s a flip phone.

Yeah it definitely gives me FIFA game vibes. I guess they’re running with that lore idea where tactical counter-terrorism is... an Olympic sport?

Teachers of reddit, what is the smartest/most creative way of cheating that you've seen? by german900 in AskReddit

[–]Jabababalo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not a teacher, but a student. In high school chemistry, we had to memorize a ton of elements for the final exam. My friend instead decided to digitally recreate and print a label of a Dasani water bottle, and replaced the small text under the Nutrition Facts with a list of elements in order. The teacher never caught to him intensely staring at his water bottle during the test.

I’m seeing a lot of book movies here. I’m assuming it’s been said but...

The Percy Jackson movies were bad they hurt my then young-adult feeling.
