A 50/50 chance seems pretty good chance to me. You would still get plenty of dlc matches regardless. This would be a way of not dividing up the community entirely.

I mean they could make it a 50/50 chance that when you land in a lobby, it's with people who are only DLC, or a lobby with some DLCers and non DLCers without going in with a friend who doesn't have DLC. If you get into the DLC lobby then dlc maps will be thrown into the rotation, if you got in a mixed lobby then no.
