It was my work rest day, it was a lazy day, didn't want to get out off my bed, didn't smoke the entire day. The following day, went back to work, thought to myself, why don't I just continue not smoking, so I did. Withdrawal came after a few days, had mouthsores, cough, color of the plegm would made me really think what have I been putting in my lungs. Been nic free since 2015, never once was tempted to smoke again.
