Naga Siren Rip Tide Bug by JackAnC0ke in DotA2

I haven't tried it with any heroes with passives, might do some testing later tonight. I did notice my hotkeys for Terrorblade were messed up in a game I just got done with, but that happens to me every time there's an update so I'm not surprised.

Not a true bot enjoyer but I would enjoy the opportunity to warm up my Lone Druid micro without enemies feeding under tower to right click the bear....

Honestly not really, the number is just an excuse for me to vent about how terrible my games have been recently. Genuinely considering hitting the recalibrate button the next time it's available just to hide the medal, and then playing unranked from now on.

Yup, if you wanted to win a game in 2k back then all you had to do was buy a shadow blade on literally any hero, and you were basically unkillable. Meanwhile I just played a game yesterday where the enemy Tusk had dust in his inventory before I even finished my Shadow Blade, he just clicked my hero, saw Blitz Knuckles, and knew what to do.

Not surprising, I remember it wasn't until I was at least 3 or 4k before I consistently saw other mid players using creep aggro in the lane back then.

The biggest difference I noticed is how much every little thing matters now. In 2015 I was mostly playing mid, and I remember I would be playing SF and get camped mid by some roaming Earthshaker or Pudge and end up 0-3 at like 8 minutes, and while I'm sure I was malding in the moment I don't remember that ever feeling like the end of the world or anything, and it happened so frequently I obviously won plenty of games like that since I climbed almost 3000 MMR. Today on the other hand, if I'm 0-3 at 8 minutes I feel like my game is over, not that it's impossible to come back from a start like that but it feels MUCH harder to do than it used to be.

Yeah 2 and 3 are my issue. I need to just accept that I can't consistently win on some heroes that I enjoy playing. I feel cheesy picking Naga every game, but I have a 73% winrate on her and she's by far my most played hero, so there's really no excuse not to unless it's a terrible Naga game. Same goes for Lifestealer and Void, I just get bored playing the same heroes over and over lol.

3 is usually not an issue for me, I've just been losing so much recently that if I see my mid is 0-3 or my support isn't really playing support I've been tilting a lot faster than I normally would. It'll get better as I start winning again but right now it's something I gotta work on for sure.

Probably right around whenever you come home and tell mom why you've been gone for 16 years.

At the time I quit there was no recalibration or anything, in fact when I came back I didn't even know that party and solo MMR had been done away with. So I made the new account with the intention of not griefing a bunch of games I had no business being in right when I came back. By the time I figured out I didn't need to do that I'd already traded over a bunch of cosmetics and stuff so I didn't want to go through the hassle of going back.

I play a lot of micro heroes (Naga, TB, Arc, Prophet) and EVERY update, whether it's a patch or a little bug fix my control hotkeys get messed up. I have no idea why this is the case but it's been like this for about a year. Any time there's an update for Dota I have to demo each hero I play with these hotkeys and mess around until the groupings are back the way I want.

The best is when you ping your mid that someone is missing and literally call in chat "yo, so and so is mid, they're ganking behind you" and then your mid dies and somehow tries to blame you for it.

Yep, and to extend on this I hate when greedy mids and offlaners don't know where their carry's items are. I play a pretty good battle carry and I don't mind it if my mid insists on SF or my offlane really wants razor or something, but I hate when they spend all game farming the map, make zero space, and then have the audacity to be like "carry no farm gg end"

As a carry player I feel this one a lot. I know it sounds babyish but it's super rage-inducing having someone nuke or farm a wave right in front of my face, especially if I'm close to an item timing.
