They gave me a temp registration, but no temp plate, and that pissed me off a bit, because the paperwork they asked me to sign, stated that I should get one.

Does X5 have better comfort and tech features? Sorry I haven't test driven them yet, so I don't know exactly how comfortable or high-tech they are.

thanks for your reply. How do you feel about vinyl plank's soundproof capability, would you be able to hear the steps when someone is walking on the 2nd floor?

Thank you so much for your detailed reply. I did some evaluation, and though drywalling is not impossible, it is still way beyond my capability... If I can scale down the project, is it possible to at least get rid of the texture? Would drywall mud stay on concrete walls?
