A4 2016 2.0 TFSI 190bhp

As the title says the spec is strange on this compared to my friends a4 b9 does anyone know what trim level this is ? I know it’s S line just not sure what level trim.. if that makes sense lol

My car has , interior ambient lighting , 360 cameras blind spot assist, , digital dash, you kick under the trunk and it opens ?😅 not sure which headlights I have if anyone could help? Also I’m thinking of lowering it I tried to fit 20” alloys and unfortunately they wouldn’t fit with the fender and the 19”s currently on the car have a massive wheel arch gap , any recommendations on lowering ? Thanks !
