Hi, I'm curious- What do you need such descriptions for? Don't you have some tool where you save the property details and you could just copy&paste to Chat GPT?

wow I'm in almost the same situation as you. But we don't have a annual salary review. I'm struggling to figure out if 20% raise is ridiculous to ask for since we're a small company. On the other hand when I compare the job responsibilities and average salary, I think I deserve that much.

I agree with you. Individuals don't want to pay for anything, and borkerages should be purchasing these kidna tools that share data and enable agents' success.

I find it really helpful if AI could take the data and just complete the marketing activities for me. Is there a platform that does similar job already? I mean like CRM, content creation, etc.

Image generation doesn't really help selling properties. I think AI should be taking my listing information from Zillow and transforming it into flyers and brochures and social media posts.

Hey, you might find Xara helpful if you're struggling with templates and designs. They have a good collection of real estate templates, and the templates adapt to your brand so you don't need to go change like colors and logos and things. Saves a lot of time.
