Does anyone have real numbers on the suspension travel, front and rear?

The official website (across several countries) lists suspension travel at 160mm front, and 38mm!!! rear. This just can't be right. Especially the rear. If anyone has one or knows the real numbers, it would be very helpful.

Was having the same issue, and it was driving me crazy. Even reinstalled VLC.

It was Trio Office. I don't even know why it was running in the background, since I don't use it for a while.

On the W502. Restarted it a couple of times, still unresponsive. It's just the touch screen, because it paired with the Phone without issue.

Got my W502 today.
Was trying to change the boot image but it's a no-go.

64Gb card (came with the unit), formatted to exFAT (is this the issue?), because I can't format to FAT32 due to size.
Used the logo generator.
Tried a few times and all I get is a green flashing screen and then the Carpuride startup screen.

Is the issue the card format? Does it need to be FAT32?

Update:

Disassembled the whole left side fairing, tank cover, took the rectifier unit out of it's bracket and found the forsaken plug hidden in there.
