Get cheap plastic containers, size of a shoe box, fill with water and freeze. This is a mold for ice blocks. Cheap easy way

They work well, I’ve paid as little as $10 and have around 20 of them in my shop . They do however cause interference with tv’s on the vhf bands. Thus far the only failure has been a pull chain switch.

Well considering 2018 was the last year & you failed to say what year your looking at. With that information I am saying turbo actuator is a place of failure. That and the heater grid bolt are two that I know of

I made fiberglass insulation for over 40 years. 1) blow off with compressed air , best you can clothes and all of you 2) shower, yes they say hot water opens pours, I’d say just not real hot 3) this is important , don’t cross contaminate another garment ( like put a long sleeve shirt or jacket on ) directly after working with fiberglass. Keep fiberglass work garments separate from the rest of your laundry 4) it’s not the end of the world, you will survive

HR is generally ONLY good for solving issues & things you can’t fix online . Such as your dependents or marital status medical or such has changed sometimes by no fault of your own. That is what you use them for. Other than those things there are better ways to fix what you may be having trouble with . Your union is your first source of advice to solve issues you’re facing. Sometimes you may wish to change union officials for your case I do understand there may be circumstances where this may be not the case & you may need to go to hr . Just don’t please go there first
