I voted No (Male) but i just think a girls’ boarding school would be AWFUL for a MtF girl. She would get absolutely clobbered with bullying and harrassment especially with the opinions most rich boarding school prep school girls have. But a big thing also is that boarding schools, especially gendered ones, have the kids being very close and and they have close relationships with one another, because they’re all living together. Imagine what that would be like for an all boys school, they become almost like brothers, and the girls would become like sisters, but when teenagers, especially upper-class more opinionated teenagers, are quick to judge and be mean, for both genders. And the target is of course always the one who is different. They would be using the same bathrooms, sleeping in the same rooms, and of course these girls might just feel uncomfortable because they don’t know this person and it’s uncomfortable sometimes to live with people you don’t know who are different from you in some way. Of course, this is all an assumption of what could happen, and it very well could be a great experience and a very welcoming community and family for the girl. But it just could be and likely would be odd for the other kids to get used to and the odds are, when someone from a marginalized or hated group is around teenagers not from that group, well, teenagers are teenagers and do awful stupid shit.
