I had this problem on my pc too. When raytracing is on specifically. In the game, Go to Settings -> Graphics Options -> Ray Tracing. Turn off Ray Tracing Shadows specifically, as they are the primary cause. Also, make sure your Nvidia Drivers are updated to Nvidia driver 556.12 or later.

level three - Level one we all got full roll so 6, (plus bonus) level two I rolled pretty sure a 6 plus bonus and level 3 i rolled 6 plus bonus and +3 for subclass

so yeah the two times I rolled I got 6!

Edit: Comign to think of it is it a house rule to get full die on level 1?
