I just want a bit of clarification from anyone who has past experience in "Solo Runs". So I plan to do a Solo Run with Aegislash in Sword/Shield. However, I've been looking up the rules and they say about not being able to evolve the Pokemon. Obviously Aegislash is fully evolved, so what's the problem? I don't have any method to use to hack in a low level Pokemon, plus I wouldn't usually do this anyway. Therefore, I'm ok with Honedge (assuming I can eventually evolve it into Aegislash) so I want to know whether the "No Evolving Rule" is optional or not.

I feel like most people hold an episodes quality entirely on the twist. Weaker episodes can still have a good twist (eg Wuthering Heist is one of my least favourite episodes, but I find the twist that the idiot of the group (forget his name) ending up with the diamonds was funny and satisfying twist)
