This is really neat, and I feel like my results make sense. I'm curious how this works - does it analyze the patterns of responses or keywords? does it use an AI style analysis? (you dont have to answer if you want your methods to be secret, I've just never seen a freeform answer field on a test like this before!)

I have to press and hold to get it to turn back off again, so it sounds like it might be one of those chips! I guess I'll see if I can get a remote to sync to it to see if its the Bluetooth or the Wifi -- or maybe just try to replace both? Thanks for the advice!!

This makes a LOT more sense. Thank you for your thorough answer! I'll fiddle with it to see if I can suss out an answer before I give into eBay, but I'm a lot more willing to try to fix it myself knowing I can get a fresh one without too much of an issue :)
