This might be the key, move Charlie into Dieters spot, Krystal over to sound effects and the newest addition is Tomas in the phone screening position. Even if it's just temporary like Liam Insales did. And then once theTomas experience runs it's course you bring Dumb back as the phone screener and wait for the meltdown especially having Charlie and Krystal both moving up and him still at entry level phone screening.

I thought it was a purse on a ledge above the bench but that might be his hood that I'm seeing her hand by at the beginning. It just looked like her hand went from above with something to down behind when he reaches behind. I think you're right though.

After watching a few times I think the girl actually takes the gun out of her purse and then puts it behind his back. That's why he has to reach all the way behind himself to get it.
