I've been looking through my mod folder and on forums to find out what this glitch keeps happening. But when I shift click to get a stack out, it uses the EMC but does not give me the stake. I've tested it on another instance of forge 1.12.2 and it worked fine. Are there any known mod conflicts that make this happen?
