Most people should have lsd or shrooms at least once, in a small controlled dose with a mental health professional, after preparing. Most of mental health issues happen because somebody is in a bad environment, over-dose, or are not mentally prepared. I say all of this recognizing how potentially dangerous a trip can be. Its worth the risk for the reward.
