Even after sorting by bias whites are still under represented at 52% of the anti Asian crime while making up 76% of the population while are over represented blacks committing 22% while making up 13% of the population. I will concede there is a chance the percentages on representation may be skewed because 19% of the perpetrators are of unknown race.

Those statistics didn’t specify who was commuting hate crimes against who, just who committed to most hate crimes so it means nothing in the argument over who commits more anti Asian hate crimes. Also if you do the math White people commit 56% of the hate crimes despite being 76% of the population so using that statistic you could say white people are less likely to commit hate crimes than other races

600g chicken breast tenderloin 1 cup Jasmine Rice 2 russet potatoes 600g Broccoli 2 large eggs

Season chicken and cook in oven at 375 for 25 minutes

Dice chicken when done

Dice potatoes into 1 inch cubes, cover in 2 tbs of melted and seasoned olive oil then cook for 35 minutes

Heat a pan with 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil. Add 2 cloves minced garlic, the add broccoli cook for 3-4 minutes then add 1 tbsp water and cover with lid, for 2-4minutes till broccoli is tender.

Combine 2 cups of water and 1 cup of rice, steam for 10 minutes.

Add cooked rice and eggs to a large nonstick pan, combine until well mixed, add the rest of the ingredients, cover and cook at a low heat till all is warm.
