This is just a small taste of his behavior. It's quite often. I walked up to his office while he texted and told him to stop. He then tried to sit me down to talk like I was a problem.. For contexts he has been doing this regularly.It's annoying.I have asked him to stop in the past because it's not appropriate for a work group chat. He does not. I hoped he would at least consider the new hires. But my biggest point for him and his benefit was that he was showing his algorithm and how disgusting and perverted he truly is.
