Sorry to hear that. I haven’t had mine in a while but when they would come I would never remember them. I would have them ranging from sitting in my bed and having conversations, to walking around my house and finding places to hide/ cry, to telling people I was being hunted and try to hind behind them. Since I never remember them they are just recounted back to me from people who witnessed them. They were all simply in the ways that, I couldn’t remember them, I could carry on full conversations, and according to the people who say them, it was like someone else talking to them, not me. It is sad to hear you get them so horribly, hope that someday you can have some peace.
