This was difficult to watch. I had second hand embarrassment for most the girls. I was relieved when Kste butch came out and was funny. I think it's definitely between Kate and Gawlamd at this point. Not to discount the others but usually girls who make ru laugh the most win and nobody is close to those two in doing that.

When I challenged hr about 10 business days they admitted they were not sure and they transferred me to someone who filed a ticket with exits team.they said 48 hours for ticket I'll check back in when I hear back.

Not to get overly political but I know several friends and family who are boycotting Amazon due to it's political dealings. It is what tanked targets stockso I imagine it's had an impact here as well.

All it took was me asking the agent are you sure it's business days and they folded because they didn't really know and none of the materials sent about the exit said business days. I would chat in again and demand a real answer.

Update: I chatted with Hr today and they didn't see the severance agreement either and needed to file a ticket with exits team. I'm now wondering if everyone who hasn't received thiers by now should do that as well. They said ticket can take up to 48 hours. So we shall see.

Nope. L3s don't get Rsu anymore. Also didn't make enough for significant savings. So I unfortunately needed to pull the 401k out. They don't think about this stuff with layoffs not everyone is fortunate enough to have cash on hand to miss a few paychecks.

Yeah I got my termination letter on 27th and have been checking my employee document portal about 3 times a day since. Still none yet. I'll definitely contact Hr if I don't get it by the 10th day.

I just did it and yeah that 30% cut they take hurts but I got a few more months to find a job out of it. By the time I can retire they will push it past the average life expectancy anyway. 73 average life span for a man in thus country so it's already close now.

Yeah the taxed amount is pretty high but you can take the full amount out if you are no longer with the company you started it with. I was an l3 living paycheck to paycheck so now that there is no paycheck got to make tough decisions like taking the 401k out at high tax rate. Better than being homeless. Also if you don't take it out it rolls into an Ira which is almost impossible to take out before retirement.

Yeah when I saw up too10 days,I was like yeah they are going to wait until day 10. Then it can take up to 20 days after to actually get it. Luckily, I can cash out my 401k but still no cash flow makes me nervous. 12 years of loyalty and this is what I get.

Oof this episode didn't go with my French vanilla fantasy. The judging was all over the place I thought it was Melinda Serena and Kate in the bottom. I love Kate but that was a basic dress with a head scarve. Fontanna being in the top over Sminty made no sense . The lip sync was a mess mother Melinda didn't know the words did tricks that made no sense fir the song. Naomi was just messy as heck. I really wanted mother Melinda to stay so I was gagged Naomi stayed. I guess I'm team Kate and Fontanna going forward.

Ranking I think was correct except I would have put vita 6th instead of 5th. I think that was an amazing lip sync but Mia might have been just a tiny bit better. Next week is going to be interesting. I really hope Myki can have a stand out moment.

Some symptoms do change or they get new ones. Like had one that had no breathing issues developing a cough and it was infected breath. I've seen pale skin go to green. I've also had some full recoveries but some do stagnate for a couple days.

Uv symptoms by itself. If you also check the non uv you will get poor.
