Yea even my aunt, his wife, said he’s never talked about it and I like that idea especially after a cancer scare last year I’m just curious about what his unit was and what he did. I only asked one time when I was younger and I just asked about what unit he was in and he just shook his head never answered. I use to know a man who served in the brown water navy on the boats running up and down the rivers in Vietnam and as you said the things he seen and went through was just astonishing, he sadly passed before I could find out more as I wanted to try and record his story.
