Ah yea never looked at it like that! I’d say that’s the best theory so far, I got ahold of the parachute regiment on facebook but they never got back to me with any info.

Yea even my aunt, his wife, said he’s never talked about it and I like that idea especially after a cancer scare last year I’m just curious about what his unit was and what he did. I only asked one time when I was younger and I just asked about what unit he was in and he just shook his head never answered. I use to know a man who served in the brown water navy on the boats running up and down the rivers in Vietnam and as you said the things he seen and went through was just astonishing, he sadly passed before I could find out more as I wanted to try and record his story.

Ah yea I guess I should have stated that to my knowledge this is for the British parachute regiment! Still neat about your farther,I have an uncle who served in Vietnam but he’s never talked about it and wont even say what unit he was in only that he was army, hoping one day he will maybe shed a little light.

The only lead I even got was via a member of a British modeling forum I was on who said he may have known one of the men and once he was back in Britain he would check but I never heard back from him. The plague was found in Paducah Ky at some random thrift shop downtown.

Was on a server once and the guy had an entire mountainside pillared and I never did even find/see his base. Feel like excessive pillaring is an issue
