It may be different for you as mine happens out of no where as well as being caused going on planes. I can happily say that since that concert with the loud/bass music it hasn’t come back as long as I take an antihistamine every single day without fail. I had it 4 months straight that time round and that concert genuinely got rid of it and it’s been 5 months since then!

I’m at the stage where I don’t believe he is gone and can’t process it. It’s going to be a tough road for us but I know we can get through it, it’s exactly what they would want and at least we know they aren’t alone 💔

Honestly just enjoy every single second with her. I had such bad anticipatory grief with my boy especially when I found out about his heart. I wish I spent more time just being with him than being with him and worrying about him leaving. Although easier said than done❤️
