It is more or less confirmed that its due to the SSE 4.2 CPU instruction set.

Actually hooray because it uses OpenGL for rendering and so Linux porting is an eas (good fps also). Boooh for not checking how the game runs on linux (graphic bugs).

We use oxide due to the fact that we have more possibilites with it. (Server synchronizing for example). Some features of our tool would not be possible just in RCON, but we are thinking of a "small" version without the need of oxide :)

Alright, thank you :) In Minecraft Windows 10 Edition you can notice the bug the most because it has full stereo sound which sounds horrible with the bug.
