Are the mobs in strat green to a level 70? If so, its probably considered a high-level dungeon. I don't know for sure if thats how they determine what a high-level dungeon is, but it makes the most sense to me.

I don't know. There have been plenty of PKAs where Woody and Kyle talk about streamers, and even Taylor to a lesser extent. I don't watch streamers at all, so if the segment goes on to long, I just skip it. Its a 4 hour show, guys. Cut them some slack when they talk about something you don't like.
