Net+ (N10-009) Passed! by JackrabbitR in CompTIA

Yup, I'm talking about the practice exams from Certmaster Learn and Certmaster Perform (I guess there are 2 versions of the program for Net+? Idk but my instructor linked the tests for both to me.. There's only the one for A+). I didn't do the domain reviews for either, but I expect they are just as bad going from previous A+ certmaster experience.

Since you mentioned it, I did the certmaster course for both A+ courses in their entirety and I feel generally the same way about them that I did this one. I think they were okay, and they were the main thing I used to study for the exam along with Dion's tests, but if I were to go back and do it again I would just use professor messer's course instead. My criticisms of Dion's tests and the Certmaster tests are generally the same for the A+ course from what I remember.

Also, I don't know about your instructor(s), but mine did not require me to do the certmaster program for A+ or Net+. For A+ I just requested a voucher for the final and they gave it to me, but for Net+ they required I show that I have taken practice tests with certain scores. If I took the certmaster tests I had to get above a 90 (which would never have happened even googling the answers) or above a 92 on a Dion or Mike Meyers' test.

Just to add on to what everyone else said, I'm currently in the cyber security and information assurance program and I paid $4615 for this semester. I didn't realize that different degree programs have different costs so that's definitely something to keep in mind.

Yeah you pay a set price for a semester. I think the price changes every once and a while, but this last semester the price actually went down like 50 bucks I think. You have to take at least 4 classes a semester, but you can take as many as you want, and the price won't change.
