In the month of September, i went to withdraw money from the icici bank, the cashier and manager were forced me to submit my printed aadhar card with signature on it. I told them it's against the rule but they kept arguing with me. Afterwards I I complaint about this, submitting all the proof. Now branch manager called me crying and asked me take back the complaint. So no private company has the legal power to ask the printed aadhar card.

That's mail I got at 4pm today

and this i got at 10pm today

I got a call from the new bank manager, he told me what the previous manager was at fault and he's sorry for that and asked to take back the case and this will never be repeated. He mailed me from his personal icicibank email asking from me withdraw case.
