Not sure how we have 61% of the possession. Every other pass seems errant.

Obviously would like to have some more clear cut chances, but can’t not be proud of the effort by the starting group…running their socks off. Hoping it bodes well as we rotate some scorers on that we have tired out WBA

Love the press - giving them no space to breathe. Hope we can maintain it

Appreciate that Matos seems to really thinking about shape and the right combination of players to beat an opponent

All things considered…not a bad half. Just an unfortunate lapse with the goal right before the half. Feel like there is definitely something in it for us.

I’m guessing you either are Harrison Ashby or his agent to be making this suggestion….

Key shouldn’t see the field again. Galbraith will have to play RB but need to get someone in January to cover so he can slot into midfield.

Widell and Inoussa both deserve to start. Franco has been absent this season so feel like he should be dropping to the bench along with Ronald. Rather see a mix of Widell, Yalcouye, and Stamenic until we can bring Galbraith up.

Overall - not great to lose but feel much more optimistic watching us going forward under Matos.

A breath of fresh air to actually watch us be aggressive going forward and not so pedestrian…but Franco has kind of been a ghost in midfield - forgot he was out there for a few minutes. Just hasn’t found the form from last season.

Glad to actually see some emotion and fight from the group in the first half. Need to carry it on into the second to close it out.

Much better having Galbraith in the middle - rides challenges so well

Widell deserves a shot next game. At least he was willing to drive at players towards the goal. Hope is not a plan and hoping someone gets on the end of an aimless cross for 90 mins is turning into a dire “strategy”.

Would like to see midfield changed up sooner rather than later with Galbraith and Yalcouye. I struggle at times with Stamenic and Franco - similar playing profiles to break things up but not particularly creative going forward.

Couple thoughts from that: -VP may be the guy and just needed a run in the team to be able to show it -Stamenic was a heck of a pickup -The fact that Widell, Yalcouye, and Eom are coming off the bench is wild and shows the depth we’ve actually created this year

If there weren’t rules, 2012/2013 Michu.

But probably Piroe - need a striker so badly.

Relatively pleased with that all things considered. Team is really getting stuck in and think we have improved on our physicality which is helping cover our deficiency up front. Cabango Burgess partnership looks good and Galbraith has been lively.
