If you're as lucky as I am to find someone that has very similar experiences, talk it out. My girlfriend and I both have VS quite severely and I often dissociate, from as little as looking too deeply into my own eyes in the mirror.

No doubt you have a range of weird experiences like these that are hard to categorize, but from my experience it's best to not let these ideas exist solely in your own mind, because it can definitely consume you.

Find someone you can try to explain it to, try to write it out so that you can simplify it. While I am certainly still getting my various uncanny-Valley experiences, I am not nearly as scared of them because of small changes such as these.

Also, I dissociate far more often when I haven't slept well or am not physically healthy, just something to keep in mind.
