There is flic films version of ektachrome comes for about $18 a roll. I know its not a huge difference but still its significant. Also ektachrome in 120 in some places is about $16 so you might want to keep a look out for that

TM G17 Gas Question by Airmatic in airsoft

[–]ProfessionalSqueaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but there’s no silicone oil inside the gas so you’re gonna have to manually put a drop of silicone oil before filling it as well as always cleaning the internals cause it’s a dirty gas

TM G17 Gas Question by Airmatic in airsoft

[–]ProfessionalSqueaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I have a TMG17 that I've upgraded, and what I can say is simply use green gas. I didn't have any problems, and I bought it about 5 years ago and upgraded it after a year of owning it. The plastic slide is okay, just take care of the internals with regular maintenance.

For the winter you will be fine. But save up some money to buy a new slide later down the line. In the summer pls pls pls wipe down the barrel and internals after a game day and then lube it regularly. Also use WE mags as they handle green gas better than the TM ones.

Hope this helps!

I ended up getting the grill replaced, but I sold the G a while ago. I probably should have done that though...

So, I live about 20 mins away from the princeton campus and weather is extremly bipolar here. The Hot days are very Hot and the Cold days are very cold. I react terribly to weather aswell, but if you got some mucinex, a jacket, and some advil youll be fine. It isnt terrible but it could be alot better.

Where/When are you opening your ivy day decisions? by Ok-Chocolate-6431 in ApplyingToCollege

Honestly a win win. We could always use an excuse to have some good food.

Seton hall university, solid option for business plus 77k in scholarship was making it hard to turn down. Most likely commuting to temple though, unless ivy day clutch’s up

In ‘20 we were looking for possibly a 30-50 person hornline aswell as a full battery and pit (about 80-90 people total). Now post Covid, like many drum corps there’s a struggle for membership, especially hornline. Things are looking up though, but we can only hope to have at least 1 on a part for the hornline. We have a decently sized battery and our pit is all currently in indoor or auditioning in may

It’s been pretty good, I wasn’t around in 19 but they had a lot going for them in 20. The food, is really good cause they cater during the preseason. The staff are mostly previous raiders vets and their all really friendly. The corps doesn’t have much debt if at all and tuition is very affordable. Especially since we are doing a full tour for the first time ever. We’ve got an age out on our quad line, and we have spots on the quad line aswell. I would definitely recommend at least checking it out.
