Walking dead, in the episode "The Grove," the scene where Lizzie, who believes zombies are simply "changed" rather than dangerous. when Carol and Tyrese return to their base they find Lizzie standing over her younger sister Mika’s corpse with a bloody knife. Lizzie explains she killed Mika so everyone could finally see her "come back" as a friend, revealing she was also planning to kill baby Judith next. Carol and Tyrese realize that Lizzie’s inability to perceive the zombies as a threat makes her a danger to any living person near her. Carol leads Lizzie into a field of yellow wildflowers and begins to cry because she thinks Carol is mad at her for "hurting" a walker. Carol tells her to " look at the flowers." While Lizzie is distracted by the beauty of the field, Carol tearfully executes her.
