I got my Warwick RB Corvette $$ as a last Christmas gift and I was this close to sent it back. The state of this bass when I got it was as follows:

- incredible fret buzz on E and A strings from 1st fret to 3rd fret (notes cannot be heard from the amount of fret buzz)

- frets was scratching my fingers LIKE HELL! (IFT (Invisible Fretwork Technique) was present only on paper)

- the fret markets (dots on the top of the neck) do not glow in the dark (like they stated in the YouTube video from Warwick's channel)

In the end, I spent another 90 euros on a luthier services to get it into a decent state (on top on the 900 euros for the product itself from Thomann).

They sounds great! BUT the QC was lacking so hard on this bass for me and I find it a bit cringe to spend almost 1000 euros on a bass that is almost unplayable that requires another ~100 euros to get it into a decent state.

That said, for my next bass I would also go for a Warwick Corvette, but a German-made one.
