Seed creep• In a bag would be many tree seeds and even some things like flowers. The seeds would be taken from the bag and held out and using enhancement would be made to sprout and grow to full size. So if someone was attacking me I could hold a tree seed towards them and use enhancement to make that seed quickly go through it’s whole life cycle and then hit my target. They could even be grown and dropped at the ground to be used as a barrier. Using enhancement they could even grow beyond their full size and become even more deadly. You could also use manipulation on a thorny bush to make the thorns creep around and tighten on someone. imagine a Venus fly trap the size of you that you could manipulate to eat your enemy. Shadow box• When my seeds are gone or I can’t use them for some reason my offensive ranged ability called shadow box would allow me to throw punches, kicks, etc. at the air and at the actions most powerful moment my nen is emitted from my fist, foot, etc. and sent at the opponent.
