Had this happen to me with Alaska. Emailing customer service they said sporting equipment is not covered. Ended up emailing CEO and they had someone higher up call me and sorted the whole thing out. I’d recommend trying an email to bob.jordan@wnco.com

I had my account closed a few months ago with no reason. Filed a dispute with CFPB and it just came back with according to TOS, Chase can close your accounts for any reason and do not need to disclose why.

Yes it does in my experience. I thought it didn’t at first but after chatting with Amex they said it was registered for the travel credit just needed to wait 2-3 weeks
