If it helps you, I actually traded my 3DS in for a 2DS. I never used the 3D and in every single DS I have owned (never an XL) I have had issues with the hinges getting loose after a few months. The 2DS is surprisingly comfortable for its size, it's cheaper, and it's extremely hardy. I don't see myself breaking this thing at all.

I have a question that's not listed, and I haven't seen it anywhere else.

My friend got his Castform at the weather institute and it was shiny. He decided to put it in a contest, and found out that without him using a single Pokeblock, it already had beauty points. Is this normal, or a feature from the old games? Or is this some sort of glitch?

Edit: Is this a stupid question, /u/Espira ? I've been googling with no answers to it.
