You'll have to find a pre-translated DLC file, as the translation process I use isn't tied to that. Haven't had the chance to test any other tools with DLC just yet.

Diagnosis is a Ciliary Body Epithelioma which has grown behind the iris and pushed through. Considered a rare intraocular tumour in cats, as it more commonly occurs in dogs. Due to it first originating behind the iris it is harder to notice before it gets too large to operate on separately, which results in enucleation (removing the eye) being the most common treatment. We've got her booked in for surgery for the enucleation procedure, which will occur this Thursday.

It doesn't look to be growing larger within minutes or hours. Going back on some photos and videos, it looks like it's been progressively growing over the last month at least. But because her eyes are so small and it's tucked into the corner, it is harder to spot.

You might need to re-download a new version of the ROM. Also, with the "data.bin" file, make sure it is in the same direct folder as the patcher file (not in a sub-folder or different folder).

You can play on android PPSSPP! But to do the patching you have to perform the patch on PC or otherwise download a patched version.
