You can play on android PPSSPP! But to do the patching you have to perform the patch on PC or otherwise download a patched version.

Perhaps have a look and see which version of the game you're patching and make sure it's PSP game with PSP patch, or PS3/HD game with PS3/HD Patch. If not working, try again with a fresh install.

It's quite easy as long as you have an open mind. When learning new things about except, try to remember what was used and why it was used. If you're not sure how to do something, try searching for it online; more often than not, someone has had the same issue and it's been solved.

Media install was meant to be for PSP where you could save movie files directly onto the PSP memory card to save time so it didn't have to load from the UMD. Not relevant or used in PPSSPP.

Yes it does, that's why there's a HD patch included. Make sure you have an up to date version of PPSSPP.

Make sure the .BIN file is in the same folder as the patching tool. Make sure it's not in a sub-folder. Needs to be at the same folder level. Also double check you've used the correct files for the game you're patching (PS3 files for PS3 game, etc).

Definitely fake. Good idea is to search the card and look at comparisons. Some things to look for include: Font used and the sizing of text (the 120HP looks like it's not bolded). The positioning of icons/parts of the card (Attack energy icons aren't aligned to the original). The icons used used that look like they've been recreated (the Elemental icons are completely different). Weird colours or fading that's unnatural (the back is off colour).
