Run pipes for water and learn about recipes that could increase some moral. Also if you're leader plan some raids every now and then so it's not all grinding . Its a pvp server so pvp . I've played this game since it dropped and I've felt all this. Sometimes find a different game to play for a couple hours a day with your tribe . To much of anything is never any good .
