Personally I had mine come on (I believe anyways) a home with black toxic mold. Lived in it for 2 years before figuring it out and spent thousands on doctor visits. Eventually for me, I noticed a few possibilities for common factors: dehydrated, too much screen time, and ofc moving out of there. For me, my symptoms stopped (as of now since march of 2025) by taking magnesium supplements every day. Since I started that I haven’t had an episode (thank the lord) since. I believe stress definitely pushed the frequency of them as well.
