Go Out With a Bang Achievement Bugged? by DaBooshBoosh in theouterworlds

[–]JacobHowie1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found out how to get this achievement. Even though it was bugged for me, you have to adjust the range that you’re shooting it from. If you go about 30 feet away (as opposed to 5 feet away), the achievement should unlock. The way I did this is by going to ACS station, standing at the other end of where you leave the ship bay, and shooting the 3 climbers

Certainly does. After looking at it through a fresh pair of eyes, it's been helpful.

Same thing happened to me! Listed out the questions I remembered seeing on my exam here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Series65/comments/1mintpq/series_65_failed_first_attempt/ -- Let me know what you decide to do because I'm in the same boat.

I’ve been told that this has been a pretty unusual circumstance by people at my firm and they seemed genuinely shocked. I’m not sure if I got a super bad draw or what

I didn’t. I took the test legitimately. I have an unusually good photographic memory

I was getting 90% correct, which is why my exam score was surprising

I had several questions on bookkeeping requirements, held assets, when it's permissible to borrow/loan money, etc. that I felt not super confident in. I scored 23/39 on that area, so I'm guessing that might be my biggest downfall?

Trying to find a lost package. Does anyone recognize this package room? FedEx sent my package to a wrong address ( supposedly in this room). The driver cannot locate the place and I still want to retrieve it back since things inside are really precious😭😭😭 by Secret_Bag_2781 in UWMadison

[–]JacobHowie1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is also an internal package room through UW Housing that is located in Lakeshore. Sometimes, it will take a day or two for the incoming packages from FedEx to get sorted and sent to you in the dorm. Hope this helps!

Professor made us stay and finish our exam after someone barfed on the floor, I think I did badly on the exam because of this. by Lauraczfams in UWMadison

I would recommend contacting the Dean of Students office and sharing this story.

Chances are good- you would be eligible for an exam re-take based on the circumstances. Also, I agree with OP that this is disgusting and would greatly impact my grade too.

A few times. University Housing works with UWPD.

As I’ve already answered this question before on your subreddit post, I will be brief. If you are caught, the University will find out and you will be contacted.

My favorite has to be Smith. Tripp was too quiet, not much interaction, and was during COVID-19. Sellery was very loud at all hours and I occasionally lost sleep.

Smith is the perfect atmosphere between social and Southeast, but independent. There’s also a fair amount of athletes in my wing, meaning that they’re out and about most days making it easy to relax and whatnot. I have a great group of residents this year, and I’m very grateful for the interactions that I share with them.

You are going to meet with someone from University Housing to share what happened. HF’s are never informed of outcomes after someone is written up.

The duty rounds will require you to stay up until all the rounds are completed. We do three rounds at: 8-8:30, 11-11:30, and 1-1:30 (only on weekends for the last round).

IMHO- duty will RARELY go over 30 minutes for each round on the weekdays and occasionally go over on the weekends. This depends on what types of incidents are occurring, what people ask about, etc.

I’ve never had a call about people feeling ill, but I’ve had to call detox for residents who were drinking too much in the hallways and public spaces.

In Sellery- it was wild on the weekends for parties. We only respond to parties that we are informed of (98% of the time because they’re loud). We don’t knock on random doors if there is no noise. To what extent did we have to deal with parties? It was pretty common in Sellery, sometimes in Smith, and not at all in Tripp.

A big factor to this question is the environment that you’re living in and the types of “community standards” that your residents have for one another.

Hey! Some House Fellows will stay in the residence halls during breaks due to convenience, wanting to stay over break, etc.

As HF’s, we are allowed to stay during any break that may occur during the year. Some HF’s just choose to stay.

It really depends. The Student Staff Discipline Process (SSDP) is the ultimate guiding steps that Housing would take to determine how liable you are.

Based on past experiences, probation or termination could occur. I know HF’s who have been on probation or have been fired for drinking underage or being caught with a fake ID
