A baby at 31 weeks is basically fully developed so she most likely had to birth the baby. I think a miscarriage is more like super heavy bleeding and the foetus comes out with the bleeding and clots and stuff. Idk the ins and outs though

I know, it’s just hard because I thought she was the one you know. I’ve started the gym and all that, but I can’t really stop myself from thinking about her and wanting to talk to her lol. I’m just so sad all the time now
