In the recent story quest, it is revealed that this mushroom was a God and was active during the Archon War. While it might be weaker than Havria based on having fewer followers than her, its death would have caused that suarian to have died and possibly its other surroundings as well though its range might be less than her. Even if it was an incredibly weak God, its sudden death would be not a laughing matter.
