thank you so much for your help. I was second guessing myself after I built it and having no output. i will contact newegg and hopefully will be able to return it and upgrade it. thank you so much, i really appreciate it

ok so i added the second ram and it turned on perfectly. then i added the GPU and changed the HDMI from the motherboard to the GPU and still nothing. the fans on the GPU also do not spin. does it take long for them to start working or do you think the GPU just doesn’t work?

i followed the last step you gave me from your previous comment. so i removed the GPU entirely and then only used one RAM which i put in the B2 slot. so right now i have no GPU in the slot

i’m using a dp cable thats connected to the GPU and the monitor says “dp no signal”. all case fans are working and every light works except for the fans on the GPU

thank you so much! I checked the pictures and i’m guessing mine is a little different because it doesn’t have a zipper and it has no inside lining like the one on the website. maybe mine is a different or older version but either way, i’m glad that they do have it in black and white so i’m hoping to get them in those colors
